How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will get another email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
During checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date (ETA) for each item in your cart. The ETA may vary depending on the product location and the selected shipping method.
How do I return an item for a refund?
If your item is unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and within our 30-day return period, you may return it. Make sure all original tags and labels are attached. Complete the returns form and include it in your package. Once received, we will confirm via email and process your request within 2 to 3 business days.
- Refunds for full-priced items will be returned to your original payment method.
- Refunds for sale items will be issued as store credit only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please use a tracked shipping method. We can only refund items that are returned to us.
How do I exchange an item?
You may exchange an item if it is unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, has tags attached, and is returned within 30 days. Include your completed returns form in the parcel. Once received, we will confirm via email and ship the replacement within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking ID once the new item is sent.
What is your returns policy?
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and without damage or markings. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Please use a tracked shipping service, as we can only process returns we receive.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit if they meet the above conditions.
Can I get a price adjustment if something I bought is now on sale?
No. Due to high demand and limited availability, we do not offer price adjustments on past orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping. Most countries qualify for free shipping, but some exclusions may apply.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order is shipped (within 24 hours), another email with a tracking link will be sent.
If you did not receive a tracking email, you can enter your order number in the “Track My Order” section at the bottom of our website.
Which size should I purchase?
We follow standard US sizing unless stated otherwise. You can find the size chart next to the size selection on each product page or in the product description.
I saw something on your social media, but I can’t find it on the website. Where is it?
If the item is part of an upcoming collection, it may not be available yet. Some limited or discontinued items may have been removed from the site.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If no one is home, your package may be left in a safe location. Check around your property, including behind planters, fences, and under mats. Also, check with neighbors or building management.
If your package is still missing after 10 business days, contact our support team with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
- Shipping address
If your order was sent to a freight forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting the forwarding company.
My promo code or gift card code isn’t working. What should I do?
Make sure the code is valid for your items (some codes exclude sale items or gift cards). Gift card codes must be entered separately. If issues persist, send a screenshot and your cart details to our support team for assistance.
