Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes the fit or style may not be quite right. At Shopofcb, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Return Conditions

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags, labels, and security ribbons remain attached.
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to you.

How to Return

  1. Complete the returns form included with your order. Indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
  3. We recommend using a signed-for postal service with a tracking number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
  • Card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

If you prefer, we can issue store credit in the form of a code sent via email. Store credit will be available immediately after processing.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the item meets the return conditions.

  • Exchanges are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your return.
  • You may exchange for a different size or item, as long as it is in stock.
  • We provide up to 2 exchanges per item at no additional shipping cost to you.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference by purchasing a gift card.
  • If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Late Returns

Items returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your own cost.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or soiled item, please contact us at [email protected] before sending it back. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Return Shipping Carrier

We recommend using your local post office with a signed-for delivery service and requesting a tracking number for your return.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
  • All returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
