International Delivery Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days — $4.95
- Express Shipping: 5 to 8 business days — $11.95
- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $99.
Delivery Services
All international deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners, including 4PX, UPS, and FedEx.
We use a signed-for delivery service to ensure that your package reaches you safely. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to accept the delivery. If no one is available, a delivery card will be left so you can arrange redelivery or collect it from the courier depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred in your country. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services are beyond our control.
Important Notice on Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse delivery. If you refuse a shipment, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued for the remaining balance after these fees are subtracted.
Additional Shipping Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.
- For added security, we may require additional verification with your card issuer before dispatching your order.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but during sale periods, dispatch times may extend up to 48 hours.
- Customs clearance processes vary by country and may delay delivery. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize such delays.
- If possible, we recommend using a business address as the shipping destination to avoid missed deliveries.
